I want to rent a 2-bedroom apartment that is located at Lawrence and Wolcott. This unit is across the street from the Ravenswood Metra stop, so it's a 15 minute ride to Downtown Chicago. It's a three block walk to the Brown Line Damen stop or a short bus ride to the Red Line Lawrence stop. Plenty of street parking.
Bedrooms are 18x14 and 14x10. Hardwood floors throughout and tons of closet space (5 closets total). Laundry facilities in the building. Electricity is about $25/month. Heat is included in the rent.
There are plenty of places to eat and stores in the area, including a CVS Pharmacy that's one block west and a 24-hour eatery up the block.
This is a one-year lease. Security deposit is one month's rent.
