I have the same questions as the previos person. Also the last post was 16 months ago and the description still indicates built in 1930 and it's a so called new building. In 16 months since the last post could you not have added some pictures of the actual inside unit?

Please clarify a few discrepancies with this posting:
* The year built does not reflect the "Brand New" description.
* Is this a studio or a 1/1?
* Is the square footage of 1,000 accurate?
* Other Irvine Company rentals come with a security alarm. Does this unit?
* The elevator amenity shows as not include contradicting the description.
When was this posting made? And when would this unit come available?
