Well lit off-street parking, washer and dryer on site, owner paid heat and water, AC, free locked extra storage offered to each tenant and security locked exterior doors, with-in walking distance of grocery stores, bus lines and other shops. Rent is $500/ month plus deposit. We can accept the security deposit in installments over a few months. No pets please.
