The home also has a backyard great for grilling and relaxing outside. There is also a large garage with an automatic garage door opener. It can fit two cars (end to end). This cozy home is also a commuters dream. Itâs less than a 10 minute walk to the Grove Street Path station. The train ride is approximately 15 minutes into midtown Manhattan.
Deposit of 1.5 months rent required up-front (plus 1st month rent). No exceptions. I loved living here, and you will also. There are plenty of restaurants and bars around, and Hoboken is juts a mile or two away.
