This apartment is located in a very secure building located on Broadway. Each unit has central A/C and this one was remodled as of last year. The kitchen has stainless appliances and new cabinets, and there is brand new carpet throughout the apartment. There is a laundry room located on the second floor, and there is deeded parking located outside.
