There are 3 parts to the shed. The renovated part which could be used as a bedroom or office and then it connects to a room for storage, which leads to a covered outside part where you can keep your lawnmower, garden tools, etc. All three parts are separated by doors. There is a covered car port with florescent lighting and you can fit up to four vehicles underneath.
All of the rooms besides the bathroom have been newly painted. I removed all of the old wallpaper in the kitchen and painted it a nice yellow color. I also installed brand new custom bookshelves on either side of the fireplace. I installed track lighting above the sink and also all along the back porch giving it a nice glow at night.
There are apple and pear trees in the yard and plenty of space to garden or let your kids play outside. It it across from Macon Baptist School & Church and there is a fire station right down the street. There are shopping centers and restaurants surrounding the area.
The house was built in 1950 and has been owned by the same family until last year when I purchased it, so it has been kept in good condition with lots of love.
If anything breaks ( heater,washer,fridge,etc) 95% of the time I can have someone out to fix it the next business morning. |
