This is truly a wonderful location in Cocoa Beach. Less than 100 feet from the beach towards the east, and 100 feet from Ron Jon's and the new Cocoa Beach Surf Company Complex towards the west. Walking distance to several fine restaurants, Cocoa Beach Pier... and there's even a convenience store and two drug stores one block away and opened 24 hours a day.
The townhouse is 1900 square feet under air and includes three individual bedroom suites (each has it's own full bath). If you want to spend the winter in Florida this townhouse offers lots of room. Many of our previous guests shared the townhouse with friends or enjoyed lots of family visitors while they stayed in Florida.
The two upstairs suites are very large. One is beautifully decorated and furnished with a master bedroom set, and includes a very large balcony with views of the ocean. The other suite is decorated with an underwater theme and furnished with two bunk beds (doubles on the bottom and full on top). Kids love this room. The downstairs bedroom suite is slightly smaller and includes a convertible couch/bed. The downstairs living areas are being remodeled in September to include new paint throughout, new tile floors and a new living room set.
