May be cheaper if you just want one bdrm (like the master) and basically you would have the whole place to yourselves, we just come down maybe 1-2 times per month. This is our 2nd home - but if you need the whole place to lease, then that is fine - it is fully furnished incl. linens, dishes, furniture, refrigerator, washer, gas dryer and stove, & gas heat. You would only have to bring your essentials. Easy as that. It has a 2 car garage with a little storage area. Built in 2005 (Sept.) it is almost brand new. We have granite countertops, upgraded flooring with tile in baths, laminate wood flooring in kitchen and family rooms, and nice berber carpet in bdrms and on stairs. The balcony has nice views and there is a play park area right across the parking lot for the little kids to play. There are acres of biking / hiking trails in this community and a large community park. We are 5-8 minutes from Palomar Airport, Palomar Community College, and CSUSM.
