This apartment will only be rented to a very responsible and mature tenant. The owner lives on the first floor and is an elderly woman who has lived in the property for over 40 years. The apartment has two large bedrooms, as well as a living room, dining room, and a great sunroom. The kitchen is large and has a pantry off of the side of it. There is also an attic that is upstairs. It is currently unfinished, although it could easily be finished. Even if it wasn't finished it is great for additional storage. This attic has a full set of stairs leading up to it. There is parking for one in a garage, and there is laundry located in the basement as well as additional storage in the basement.
