24-hour front desk, secure building. Kitchen has dishwasher and garbage disposal (both replaced in 2005). Bedroom is small, but the rest of the condo feels very spacious; the living room area has enough space for a dining table. Walk-in closet, parquet floors redone in 2005.
Rent is $1250/month, INCLUDES utilities. Credit check is $25; deposit of one month's rent required. Must lease for at least one year.
