Your home sounds absolutely lovely. My husband & I own 6 homes in Michigan and I know how difficult it is to find someone who will treat your home with all the love and respect that you do yourself. I hope it is not offensive to offer you $5,000 for Dec 28-Mar 30 lease, it is surely worth more, but I can promise we would charish and treat it with the respect it deserves. We are middle aged professionals, no children, with 2 de-clawed, 8yr old female short-haired cats. Thank you for your consideration and much luck to you. |
